it is combining with tropical moisture that is already overrunning us. but we are seeing some light rain trying to enter the baltimore area. this is only going to intensify it. there is one area of low pressure over the carolinas which is producing heavier pockets of rain. there are some tropical storm warnings that occurred earlier today tropical storm and a coal is going to combined with all of this and give us flooding rain tomorrow. let's take a look at what we are looking at right now this front is not going to get through very soon. we are going to see this develop. it is going to combine with tropical storm nicole. it is a massive storm. all of this moisture is infiltrating the eastern seaboard. it is going to bear all of the coast tomorrow which is why we are expecting heavy downpours. we should say flood watches but we have a coastal flood watch in effect and a general watch in effect for our entire area. it is going to be a very bad day tomorrow. the flooding is the real issue with this because we could get six to eight hours straight of those
